Returns:

  • If the provided address is incorrect and the package is returned, we will notify you to coordinate the next steps. Possible charges may apply for this circumstance.

  • In the unlikely event of package loss, file a claim within the first 10 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of replacement if necessary and shipping for a new order. Please note that this process may take longer than usual.

  • If the package is found in an unexpected location at your address, we recommend contacting the carrier.

Refunds and Replacements:

  1. Damaged Product:
  • If you receive a damaged product, please send a photo of the damaged item to our customer service at info@luxoprint.com. We commit to sending you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • We cover expenses if there is an error on our part. If you wish to return or exchange a non-defective product, you must place a new order. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charitable organizations after 30 days.
